Royal Commission at Yanbu (RCY)

The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu was established by Royal Decree in 1975 (1395H). Its objectives were to expand industrial base through growth in number of cities and industrial output, attract additional investments, and gradually develop financial sustainability and increased efficiency.
