Senelec

Established by Law 98-06 of January 28, 1998 of April 14, 1998, the National Electricity Company of Senegal (Senelec) is a Société Anonyme (SA) with majority public participation. In accordance with the provisions of this law relating to the electricity sector, Senelec's objective is the production, transport, distribution, purchase, retail, import, and export of electric energy.
